Our Policy We want you and your pet to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we're here to help.
Return Window You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or opened
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)
How to Request a Return Contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank first, then contact us via our Contact page.
